My name is Christine Thompson, I am a professional Makeup Artist based in the Hunter Valley, offering a mobile makeup service for all occasions, servicing Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. I specialise in makeup for special occasions, such as Weddings, Engagements, Formals etc. I trained at The Australian College of Beauty Therapy in 2002 and regulary attend workshops to keep myself up to date. I have vast experience in the wedding industry and take great pride and joy in helping my brides to look beautiful on their big day. I use professional quality products from MAC Cosmetics. The foundation gives a light yet suitable coverage and they have a great range of eye and lip colours.

A trial makeup is recommended. This is also an opportunity to discuss your preferred look and style, one that will compliment you and your attendants. Feel free to show me any magazine or other pictures you have that show what you like. I have a Look Book for us to go through that you may find helpful. It is also helpful to provide a picture or a sample of material of your dress and that of your attendants. If you don’t have any, then a scarf, serviette or anything in the appropriate colour. You can be assured that you will be looked after with an easy, understanding, yet professional approach, helping to make for a relaxed and enjoyable day.
